Spiced Pear and Apple Crumble

It's fall and with the cooler weather comes some incredible comfort foods, including dessert. It's also an ideal time to cleanse the body from all the BBQ meals and alcoholic beverages we tend to enjoy over the summer months to help reset our metabolism, regain some energy and release excess weight we may be holding on to. This yummy recipe is from my anti-inflammatory program that I give to clients to boost energy, clear out toxins from their body and lose unwanted weight. Give it a try. You'll never guess how clean eating it is and how much you're enjoy this whole foods dessert! Oh, and the smell is absolutely dee-lightful enough to make your mouth water.
