As a certified transformational health and life coach, certified personal trainer, and certified fitness nutrition specialist, I have been guiding people towards becoming their best selves since 2020. I don't rely on fad diets, restrictive eating, products, or subscriptions. Instead, I offer my Better Body Method, which has transformed the lives of people, all accessible through their smartphones.

WHY I BECAME A COACH
MY STORY
I've experienced the struggles of weight firsthand. I went from being overweight, battling hormonal challenges due to PCOS and uncomfortable in my own skin to becoming severely underweight due to excessive exercise and an eating disorder. This left me at 105 lbs and caused another loss of critical hormonal functions that supported my overall health and well being from being too thin.

That's when I decided there had to be a better way. I made it my life’s work to study the real science about food and nutrition and learn why I was struggling for so many years. I learned how to fix my hormonal imbalances and heal my metabolism so I could not only lose the weight, but keep it off for good. I finally felt freedom with food and my body, and I learned how to eat and take care of myself in a way that felt nurturing, rather than punishment. I learned that eating is a part of self-love and that the way we eat is a clear indicator of how we feel about ourselves.

I stabilized and maintained a healthy weight. My hormonal functions returned to normal. I then started using this process with my clients who have been able to lose weight and gain incredible energy without restrictive dieting or deprivation, but rather by eating the foods they enjoy and love.
