I offer a 1:1 coaching experience using my Better Body Method, designed to empower you with the strategy, knowledge, resources, and support you need to create healthy habits that stick and create the body and life you deserve. This mentorship is for people who are determined to reach their goals, regain confidence, boost their energy and seek guidance along the way. I take a holistic approach to establish a highly personalized program suited to your unique body type and designed to fit into your busy schedule to help you reach your goals.

NUTRITION

As a certified fitness nutrition expert, I'll work with you to  formulate a nutrition strategy filled with the foods you (and your family!) will love and that will balance blood sugar, increase energy, build lean muscle, burn fat, improve sleep quality, and so much more.

 

From smoothies, high protein, low carb, gluten free, vegan or vegetarian meal plans, I've got you covered.

HEALTH COACHING

As your coach and accountability partner, I provide the support and tools you need to break old and negative patterns and replace them with new healthy habits and alternatives that will stick.

You will experience deep and lasting transformation at the behavior, belief and identity levels in a compassionate and supportive way to make your results permanent and sustainable forever.

I am so grateful to Brandi for the incredible shift in mindset I’ve experienced under her guidance. I always knew what to do physically to lose weight (workout, lift weights, etc.) but I needed help with other areas such as planning my meals, being mindful of my cravings, and building structured meals.
