Banana Protein Soft Serve

It's been a HOT summer where I live. And hot summers demand ice cream, don't they? But as always, I like to put a healthy twist on my treats. If you're craving a little soft serve, give this recipe a try for a healthier alternative. This recipe makes two servings.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced, frozen

  • 4 tbsp vanilla or natural yogurt

  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey or pea protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Berries, to serve

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.


Divide between two bowls, top with berries and serve.
