I’m so happy you’re here! I can’t wait to share my journey with you. It hasn’t been an easy one, but it’s one I am so very proud of because it has inspired me to be who I am today—helping other people unleash their untapped power to become the best version of themselves.
What was my inspiration to inspire, help and motivate other people? My personal journey, and I’m going to tell you a bit about that. I’m positive much of it will resonate with you and leave a ‘me too!’ feeling.
Let’s get started, shall we?
Like a lot of people, I spent my life going through the motions and doing what was ‘expected’ of me. Go to college. Settle down. Get married to a partner that I would never do better than. Have kids. Resolve myself to a mundane life. Stay in a series of toxic relationships—from family, friends and romantic partners. Embrace and grow a career that felt soulless. Live continuously overwhelmed by the daily grind. I was miserable to say the least and it came out in every aspect of my life. I wasn't the mother my children deserved. I was an angry partner trapped by expectation. My marriage ended up on a foundation of lies and deceit. I felt stuck and didn't know how to break free.
Does any of this sound familiar?
The reality is, I struggled with the above because I lacked self-love and acceptance. Having grown up in an abusive home and on my own at 16, I was taught that I was unlovable and if my own family couldn’t love and accept me, how could I? I strove for perfection in all I did and focused on trying to control every aspect of my life, even what I couldn’t control. And when I couldn’t control what I wanted to control, I obsessed about what I could and what was within reach. I exercised too much, became addicted to marathoning, restricted my diet to extremes, wasted away to 105 lbs, and depleted my hormonal functions in the process.
While I was thin and appeared ‘healthy’ on the outside to the majority, I was crumbling on the inside. I had a toxic mindset filled with negative self-talk, self-loathing and could only see the “flaws” within me. I was angry, bitter, and wondered why life and anything ‘bad’ that happened was happening to me, not for me. I was never satisfied, I was never thin enough, I could never achieve enough—really, I was never enough.

It took two emotionally abusive long term relationships after my divorce and walking away from a toxic family to come to an awakening and climb out of the negative spiral I was in to create a life that I not only wanted but deserved. It wasn’t easy. It was a mountain I climbed alone and with little support. It doesn’t have to be this way, however. You don’t need to start or go about your journey alone. I want to help you get there faster with the support, accountability partner and tools you need to kickstart your personal journey and to finally have the life you want, dream of and deserve—in body, mind and spirit. My approach
My programs are built on the habit change coaching methodology, which is designed to facilitate deep, lasting transformation based on your unique goals and needs. Using a proven five-step process, I work to create change at the behaviour, belief and identity levels in a personalized and compassionate way. I help you develop a deep understanding of yourself, embody self-acceptance, and discover how to say yes to your truth—and feel empowered by it!

Why it works
Most coaching programs stop at obstacle removal tools. My habit change coaching methodology leverages a series of modalities similar to neurological restructuring on an identity level, so new habits aren’t just something you do—they actually become who you are. I work with the ultimate form of intrinsic motivation to create meaningful habit change that lasts and follow through becomes automatic so the habits that create our best life become non-negotiables.

How it works
Getting started is easy. The first step is to schedule a 60-minute consultation. This session is easy, fun and guaranteed to deliver powerful breakthroughs. It will help me understand where you are right now, where you want to be, and uncover the best pathway to get to your goal. We’ll take time to dig into what’s stopping or slowing you down or keeping you from having the results you want. From there, I develop an 90-day individualized program to kick start your journey.
