As a certified nutrition expert, I'll work with you to identify your unique body type and formulate a meal plan with nutrient dense foods and recipes that will balance your blood sugar, increase your energy, improve sleep quality, and so much more.
From green smoothie challenges to clean eating meal plans, Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan or Vegetarian recipes – I will help you come up with healthy ideas for you and your family!
How it works
I will do a complete assessment to understand what your lifestyle and body type is, discuss food preferences, intolerances and allergies, and what your goals are to develop a highly personalized plan.
Create a meal plan & strategy
I will create a meal plan that provides meal prep strategies, grocery lists, recipes, and timing suggestions geared specifically to your body type, goals and nutritional preferences and needs.
We will connect every two weeks to discuss questions or challenges you may be experiencing, how you're adapting to new meal plan and make any adjustments required.
