My approach

I offer 3 and 6-month health coaching programs focused on setting your unique health-related goals and creating a personalized action plan to achieve them.

 

As your accountability partner, I provide the support and tools you need to break old and negative patterns and replace them with new habits and healthy alternatives.

 

You will experience deep and lasting transformation at the behavior, belief and identity levels in a supportive and compassionate way.

Why it works

I give you the knowledge, tools, support and accountability you need to fully make a lifestyle change that sticks. My habit change coaching methodology leverages a series of modalities similar to neurological restructuring on an identity level, so habits aren’t just something you do—they actually become who you are.

I work with the ultimate form of intrinsic motivation at the identity level to create meaningful habit change that lasts and follow through becomes automatic so the habits that create our best life become non-negotiables.

We’ll uncover the reasons for staying stuck, identifying routines and triggers cueing misaligned behavior preventing you from achieving your goals.

In our weekly sessions, we’ll work to break the negative patterns that are holding you back from what you desire.
