For the majority of my adult life I struggled with my weight. I would constantly berate myself because I wasn’t happy with how I looked and how I felt. I just wanted to feel confident and good in my skin. So I tried fad diet after fad diet in the search for the magic bullet that would finally work. I felt hungry and deprived. Oh, and I was grumpy AF!!
My low point was when I tried eating less, counting calories, exercising more and harder. I went to extremes to achieve it. I began marathoning and ended up in an orthorexia nervosa battle. I wasted away to 105 lbs, lost critical hormonal functions that support overall health and wellbeing and started struggling with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
That's when I decided there had to be a better way.
I made it my life’s work to study the real science about food, nutrition and the secrets to optimal being. I discovered why I was struggling for so many years—and I learned how to heal my metabolism so I could:
