As a certified personal trainer, my mission is to introduce health and fitness into your life, and empower you to not only build a beautiful body, but to create a positive self-image and feel confident.
I take a holistic approach to establish a highly personalized program suited to your unique body type and designed to fit into your busy schedule and help you reach your goals. I'll start with a complimentary assessment to formulate a custom 90-day fitness and nutrition program, plus I'll be your support and accountability partner during your journey.
How it works
I will do a complete assessment to understand who you are, what motivates you and why you want to make a lifestyle change, where you are in your journey, and how you can implement the program into your life.
We’ll uncover the reasons for staying stuck, identifying routines and triggers cueing misaligned behavior preventing you from achieving your goals.
Weekly progress check-in's
In our weekly sessions, we’ll work to break the negative patterns that are holding you back from what you desire.
Modifications as you progress
We’ll explore what I call the ‘why behind the why’ so we can create new beliefs, making wrong habits feel difficult and new habits feel like the easy, obvious choice.
Living the new norm
Finally, we work to automate your new habits into your everyday life so that they are engrained and effortless.
