As a holistic health and nutrition coach and corporate wellness educator, I develop programs for organizations interested in the health and well-being of their employees. I help companies to reduce their employee healthcare costs and absenteeism, boost employee morale to reduce turnover and improve workplace productivity through wellness talks, interactive challenges and activities.
My 5-step process

Create the vision
We’ll discuss your wellness program goals and collaborate to paint a picture of what an ideal program looks like for your employees. Not sure? We can co-create a survey and ask your employees what topics interest them the most.

Identify topics
Once we work through your goals, ideal program structure, and employee survey responses if applicable, I will formulate a 4-6 session mini-series of topics that meet your organizational needs. Each session will be 60-minutes in length.

Deliver program
Deliver your weekly interactive team sessions, in-person or online, filled with educational materials, smartphone app-based interactive challenges, and actionable steps the team can implement into their day-to-day wellness journey.

Gather feedback
After each session, I deliver a feedback survey to assess the programs effectiveness, allow the team to ask additional questions for follow-up and identify potential future topics to expand your program.

Assess next steps
As your mini-series wraps up, we will collaborate and assess best next steps and future programming to deliver to your team for continuous wellness program enhancement.
